How were you introduced to Quorum?

I worked alongside Quorum at a previous firm and had a great experience with the team. A few years later, I was ready for a change, updated my LinkedIn, and was approached by someone I’d worked with before.

What were you doing before you joined Quorum?

I worked for a University as part of the Business Transformation team which was a fantastic experience and very different than the 20+ years’ experience that I had gained in a legal environment. Working with the University helped grow my knowledge in a variety of areas.

Tell us about your job and team.

I love that no two days are the same, every client brings something different, which keeps things interesting. The Project Management team is brilliant. We all work on different projects, but we stay connected with regular catch-ups and are always there to support each other when needed.

There’s a real sense of teamwork, and that comes from the top with Sharon. Everyone’s happy to help, which makes a big difference. I might be biased, but I’d say we’re the best team in Quorum!

What have you achieved in your first six months?

I’ve found that if you want to learn here, you’re really encouraged to. I’ve enjoyed picking up new areas and building on what I already know, especially where it helps both me and the client.

It’s great feeling confident having those conversations, knowing you’ve got the training, but also the wider team there to support you. So far, I’ve completed iManage and Microsoft accreditations, which have been really useful for both the team and our clients.

What do you hope to achieve over the next six months?

I want to keep building on what I’ve learned so far and continue supporting clients. I’m also keen to take on a few new challenges and get more involved in sharing knowledge internally.

How is Quorum different from other employers?

It genuinely feels like one team. People are open, supportive, and always willing to share knowledge. There’s a real focus on doing the right thing for clients, which comes through in everything we do.
