Recently, we helped a long-time banking/financial services client through this process – guiding them through a full company name change.
We were asked to plan and execute a smooth transition for all systems to the new company name. The project involved updating all email addresses and usernames while ensuring that both internal systems and 3rd party platforms continued to work during and after the careful migration of the new domain.

Audit & Planning
We kicked off with a full audit of their sytems and determined if, and how, how they’d be affected by the change.
Then, working closely with internal specialists and stakeholders, we planned the migration and devised a testing strategy to ensure minimal disruption for end users and almost unnoticeable to their customers.
Our Project Management Office played a crucial role in governance and clear communication throughout.
Design and Testing
Our highly skilled consultants designed a migration strategy based on the audit findings.
Each system was then thoroughly tested, without impacting client operations. All testing was then signed off by the client.
Documentation always plays a key role in projects and this one was no different. Both technical and user-facing documentation made sure that the right people had the right knowledge to deal with what was a very complex change.

Our carefully laid-out plan was executed with support staff ready to assist users and minimise any disruptions, ensuring the client’s team could continue delivering excellent service to their customers.
