CYBER SECURITY CONSULTANT

Quorum is one of the largest Microsoft Partner’s in Scotland, as well as a Microsoft Direct Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP). We are looking for a Cyber Security Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. Quorum’s core capabilities include Consultancy, Project and Professional Services, and Managed Services. We specialise in Microsoft’s Modern Workplace, Azure Cloud Adoption and Cloud Migration, Data Platform, Security and Identity and Cloud Application Development.

We are looking for a cyber security professional with experience of working with clients solving problems, with technical specialisms within Microsoft Azure, M365, Identity Management, Microsoft XDR and Microsoft Sentinel.

Key Skills:

• Deploying and managing Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR solutions
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
• Deep technical experience in infrastructure design including private and public cloud, networking, virtualisation, identity and access management, security and storage
• Excellent understanding of how to build resilient multi-site architectures
• Excellent understanding of data storage and regional boundaries in regulated environments
• Experience with Windows and Linux technologies
• Experience with configuration management and automation technologies
• Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior stakeholders
• Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, capturing project requirements, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through
• Problem-solving and if necessary, able to leverage internal and/or external resources as required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication

It would be beneficial if you had any of the following:

• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Cloud Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
