We are currently looking to add additional permanent IT Infrastructure Analysts to our rapidly growing Managed Services team. As part of this exciting opportunity, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that offers exposure to a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, such as Office 365 and Microsoft Azure. Collaborating with our talented Managed Services team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of technical services to our valued clients.

The role of an IT Infrastructure Analyst:

  • Providing comprehensive support and resolution for complex faults, ensuring smooth operations and minimising downtime.
  • Developing and implementing tailored technology plans to seamlessly align with customer requirements.
  • Designing robust networking monitoring processes, meticulously reviewing and logging system issues, and swiftly delivering effective solutions.
  • Facilitating new starter onboarding by proficiently configuring and deploying devices such as laptops, desktops, and phones.
  • Imparting knowledge and training to the team, ensuring a smooth transition for new starters.
  • Collaborating in infrastructure project design and delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders.
  • Adhering to company timelines and budgets while creating accurate and professional documentation.
  • Crafting and monitoring recovery plans to safeguard critical business services against incidents, disasters, and data loss.
  • Creating comprehensive and streamlined process and design documentation for client estates, ensuring operational efficiency and clarity.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated track record in a comparable role, delivering exceptional infrastructure and network support.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Servers, virtualisation technology, Storage Area Networks (SANs), Active Directory, and adeptness in resolving intricate network issues.
  • Hands-on experience managing and deploying Microsoft technologies including Windows Desktop & Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Hyper-V.
  • Possession of current Microsoft certification or ability to exhibit an equivalent level of expertise.
  • Strong communication skills enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, coupled with exceptional teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, seamlessly managing multiple tasks and projects as required.

Desirable Skillset / Experience:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in commercial IT Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Hybrid exchange, and Active Directory (AD).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365) suite.
  • Expertise in virtualisation technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security, backed by relevant qualifications and/or demonstrable experience.
  • Proficiency in DNS & DHCP configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with MimeCast email security and archiving platform.
  • Experience with Legal Practice Management Systems (PMS).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, SQL, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of Routing & Switching and Firewalls.
  • Thorough knowledge of LAN / WAN networks.
